1. Information We Collect

Ahmet Yılmaz / Hide and Paint Team ("we", "us", or "our") built the Hide and Paint app as a free-to-play, ad-supported game that also offers optional in-app purchases and a subscription. This page informs you about how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our Service.

• Automatically Collected Data: Device type, operating system version, language, approximate region, crash logs, and gameplay/analytics events collected to operate and improve the game.
• Advertising Identifiers: Our advertising and mediation partners may access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) to deliver and measure ads. See the section on Advertising and Tracking below.
• Network Data: As a multiplayer game, your IP address is temporarily used to connect you to game servers and other players.
• Game Progress: Your progress (coins, gems, unlocked items, level, and a display name you choose) is stored in cloud services under an anonymous player identifier so it can sync across sessions.
• Purchase Data: When you make an in-app purchase or subscribe, the app records which items you own so entitlements (such as "Remove Ads" or the Premium Pass) can be restored. Payment itself is processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive or store your card details.

2. Advertising and Tracking (IDFA / App Tracking Transparency)

The app shows advertising provided by third parties. On iOS 14.5 and later, before any cross-app tracking, the app presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and asks for your permission. If you allow tracking, our advertising partners may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show you more relevant (personalized) ads and to measure ad performance. If you decline, the app remains fully usable and you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change this choice at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). On Android, you can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings.

3. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — advertising
• ironSource (Unity LevelPlay) — ad mediation
• Chartboost — ad mediation
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) — analytics and crash reporting
• GameAnalytics — analytics
• Unity (Gaming Services, Cloud Save, Authentication) — game services and progress storage
• Microsoft PlayFab — player accounts and game backend
• Google Play Services (Android) / Apple App Store & Game Center (iOS) — platform services and purchases

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The app offers optional in-app purchases (including gem packs, "Remove Ads", cosmetic skins, and a Premium Pass) and an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not collect or store your payment card information. A record of which non-consumable items and subscriptions you own is stored so your entitlements can be restored on the same store account. 5. Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you wish to request that we no longer use your data or want to request the deletion of your personal data, please contact us at support@hideandpaint.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and delete your data subject to our legal obligations.

6. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Advertising shown to users is configured to be non-personalized where a user is not known to be old enough to consent. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

7. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
