Terms of Use - Hide and Paint

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Ahmet Yılmaz / Hide and Paint Team ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Hide and Paint mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or any part of it, except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Eligibility

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use it. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App and to make any purchases.

4. In-App Purchases

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising. It also offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable items (gem packs), non-consumable items (such as "Remove Ads", cosmetic skins, and the Premium Pass), and an auto-renewing subscription. All purchases are processed by the platform's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are charged to your store account.

Non-consumable items (Remove Ads, cosmetic skins, Premium Pass) are tied to your store account. You can restore previously purchased non-consumable items at any time using the Restore Purchases option in the App.
Consumable items (gem packs) are spent within the game and cannot be restored once used.
Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before you confirm any purchase.

5. Subscription Terms

The App offers an auto-renewing subscription ("Gem Subscription") that delivers a set amount of in-game gems each day for the duration of the subscription period.

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing and canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Subscriptions) after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Price and period: The exact price and billing period are displayed in the App on the purchase screen before you confirm.
Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Refunds

Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective app store, and we are generally unable to grant refunds directly. For Apple purchases, refunds are requested through Apple; for Google Play purchases, through Google.

7. Virtual Items

Gems, skins, passes, and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items at any time. Virtual items are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation software, or unauthorized third-party software; not to disrupt the game or its servers; and not to harass other players. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

9. User Accounts and Data

Your game progress may be stored using cloud services associated with an anonymous player identifier. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled. We are not responsible for progress lost due to deletion of the App, loss of device, or failure to link a recoverable account where such an option is provided.

10. Advertising

The App displays advertising provided by third parties. On supported devices you may be asked for permission to allow tracking for the purpose of personalized advertising; you may decline, and the App will remain fully usable with non-personalized ads.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
